Key Responsibilities
– Product Selection & Planning: Collaborate with the design and buying teams to plan and select the products for each season that align with the brand’s vision and customer demand.
– Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and inventory turnover to ensure optimal product availability without overstocking.
– Trend Analysis: Conduct regular market research to analyze fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, using insights to inform merchandising strategies.
– Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, identify best-selling products, and analyze data to help inform purchasing decisions.
– Store Layout & Display: Work closely with the retail team to ensure visual displays are consistent with the brand’s aesthetic and are strategically positioned to drive sales.

Pricing & Promotion: Assist in pricing strategies and promotional efforts to ensure product visibility and maximize profitability.Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
– Strong understanding of fashion trends, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
– Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

– Prototype & Sample Development: Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, working closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.
– Collaboration: Collaborate with the merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to ensure designs align with seasonal themes and consumer preferences.
– Attention to Detail: Ensure that every design element — from stitching to finishes — aligns with the brand’s ethos of luxury and craftsmanship.
– Sustainability: Integrate sustainable practices in design and material sourcing, ensuring the brand’s commitment to both luxury and responsibility.Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a portfolio showcasing luxury fashion design work.
– Strong understanding of high-end fashion trends, fabrics, and construction techniques.
– Ability to blend creativity with technical skills — strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fitting.
– Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for color, texture, and style.
– Ability to work within a team and communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
– Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate inventory forecasts to meet customer demand while avoiding overstock and understock situations.
– Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels regularly and work with the supply chain team to replenish inventory in a timely manner to support sales channels.
– Sales & Trend Analysis: Analyze historical sales data, current market trends, and seasonal demand to inform inventory planning and product allocation.
– Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product delivery, timely restocking, and efficient inventory management.
– Product Allocation: Allocate inventory based on demand and sales patterns, ensuring optimal stock distribution across stores and e-commerce platforms.
– Inventory Turnover Optimization: Manage inventory turnover rates to ensure that products move efficiently through the supply chain without excess holding costs.
– Reporting & Data Analysis: Provide regular reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and sales trends to management, highlighting any risks or opportunities.
– Stock Audits: Collaborate with the inventory team to conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records.
– Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of inventory planning.Qualifications
– Proven experience as an Inventory Planner, Supply Chain Planner, or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
– Knowledge of inventory management systems (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
